Once a red light district , Keong Saik has been dramatically transformed into a bustling hub of dining and entertainment options.  Hotel 1929 has also led the continued gentrification of it with many more boutique hotels opening , with the latest one, Kesa House opening after a makeover. Along the same street, there’s a also a massive co-working operator Working Capitol occupying a few units along Keong Saik as well as a some across the road along Neil Road.
