Research reviewed 4 October 2026. Prices are the “from” monthly rates shown on each Find Your Next Office listing on that date, in New Taiwan dollars (TWD) per person per month. They are not quotations.
In brief
Opening a Taipei office means making three decisions in order: which legal structure you will register, which district suits your team, and which workspace model you can contract on a timeline that matches your registration. This guide covers each, then profiles seven serviced offices across four districts (Xinyi, Songshan, Zhongshan and Da’an) so you can build a shortlist.
What each team needs to decide
- Regional lead: the address your clients and partners will see, and how far the office is from the people you meet most.
- Finance: the monthly cost per person, what that price includes, the deposit and notice terms, and the currency exposure of paying in TWD.
- Procurement: the contract length and exit terms, what the operator will confirm in writing, and how you will compare offers on the same basis.
- IT: server or network room provision, 24-hour access, security, and whether your team’s equipment and connectivity needs fit the centre.
Choose your Taiwan structure first
Taiwan’s official investment portal describes three forms a foreign company’s local unit can take:
- Subsidiary: a company registered under Taiwan’s Company Act. Foreign investors apply for investment approval from the Ministry of Economic Affairs’ Department of Investment Review before the company is registered.
- Branch office: a branch of the foreign company, which carries on business in Taiwan.
- Representative office: a liaison presence for a company that does not want a subsidiary or branch, and that does not trade from Taiwan.
Branch and representative-office registration is governed by the Company Act. Procedures and the agencies that handle them have changed over time, so confirm the current steps and the documents the registrar needs from your premises provider with your registration adviser before you sign any agreement. Sources: Invest Taiwan, forms of local units; Company Act.
Which Taipei district fits
The seven offices below sit in four districts:
- Xinyi: Taipei 101 and the Songren Road and Xinyi Road addresses (four offices).
- Songshan: Minsheng East Road (one office).
- Zhongshan: Nanjing East Road, Section 3 (one office).
- Da’an: Dunhua South Road (one office).
Choose on three questions: whether your clients expect a Xinyi address, how your team will commute, and whether an operator-stated station is within walking distance. Operators state different distances and some pages state none, so confirm each walking time on a viewing.
For district listings beyond these seven, see our pages for Xinyi, Songshan and Da’an, or the Taipei overview.

On small screens, scroll the table sideways to compare all columns.
How to read the prices:
- They are monthly rates from our own listings. The Executive Centre quotes private-office pricing on request, so its listing rate is a starting point, not a quotation for the product you need.
- Regus shows no monthly rate on our listings. Its own website lists some private-office products by the day. Those daily rates are not monthly rates and are not shown here.
- Prices are not directly comparable. Operators differ in product, capacity, inclusions and contract terms, and several pages do not state the minimum term.
- The selection reflects variety of district, operator and use case. It is not a ranking, and it is not a verified ranking by price.
Choose the workspace model before comparing prices
The operators’ pages describe three kinds of product:
- Private suites: a lockable office for a defined team, usually priced per person.
- Workstations in shared areas: suited to a small first presence, with less privacy.
- Virtual office: a business address and mail handling. Operators’ general service pages mention it, but not every centre in this guide necessarily offers it. Whether an operator’s address and documents will satisfy company registration is a question for your registrar, not an assumption.
Taiwan property is also quoted in ping. One ping is about 3.3 square metres, or about 35.6 square feet. Serviced office rates are quoted per person, so you can avoid the conversion when comparing them.
Build the Taipei budget
Do not budget from the headline rate alone.
- Multiply the quoted rate by the number of people you will seat, then ask what is included.
- List what may be billed separately: meeting-room use, parking, printing, mail handling, and any set-up or deposit charges.
- Ask for the notice period and early-exit terms in writing.
- Ask each operator to quote the same headcount and term at each shortlisted centre, so offers are comparable.
The seven centres, and what to check at each
The Executive Centre, TAIPEI 101 Tower, Level 37
Level 37 of TAIPEI 101 Tower, No. 7, Section 5, Xinyi Road. The operator states a 2-minute walk to Taipei 101/World Trade Center station, 16,407 sq ft net on one floor, one meeting room and mini data centres. Our listing shows from TWD 25,920 per person per month. Suits a team whose clients expect a landmark address, or one that wants managed IT space. Check: the private-office quotation for your headcount against the listing rate, how the single meeting room is shared across members, and what company set-up support is included in your agreement.

JustCo Dian Shih
Levels 13 to 20, No. 206, Section 1, Keelung Road. The operator states a 3-minute walk to Taipei City Hall station and lists phone booths, event space, lockers and meeting rooms on demand. Our listing shows from TWD 14,361 per person per month. Suits a team that wants event space and a community floor at a lower listed rate than the Taipei 101 tower. Check: which floors your private suite is on, meeting-room booking terms, and the minimum term.

WeWork, 97 Songren Road
Eight floors in an 18-storey building in Xinyi. The operator offers private offices, dedicated desks and an enterprise access plan with prepaid or postpaid billing. Our listing shows from TWD 10,000 per person per month. Suits a team that wants a Xinyi address. Check: the station and walking time (the operator page states only the line), whether the listed rate is for the private-office product you need, and whether the enterprise access plan applies to your agreement. It is a separate access product.

Regus, 460 Xinyi Road
18th floor, No. 460, Section 4, Xinyi Road. Serviced offices, coworking and private suites; no monthly rate on our listing. The operator names Taipei City Hall and Taipei 101/World Trade Center stations without a walking time. Suits a team that already uses Regus or the wider IWG network elsewhere. Check: walking time to the station you will use, the monthly quotation for your headcount, and the term.

JustCo Hung Tai Financial Plaza
Levels 9 to 10, No. 156, Section 3, Minsheng East Road, Songshan. The operator names Nanjing Fuxing station and lists meeting rooms on demand and event space. Our listing shows from TWD 14,361 per person per month. Suits a team that wants a Songshan address and has already used JustCo elsewhere. It is the same operator as Dian Shih, but terms are set centre by centre, so ask for the quotation for this centre. Check: the walking time from the station, and your suite’s floor and layout.

Regus, Yangde Building
2nd floor, No. 29, Section 3, Nanjing East Road, Zhongshan. Workstations and private suites; no monthly rate on our listing. The operator names Nanjing Fuxing and Songjiang Nanjing stations without a walking time. Suits a team that wants an IWG-network address on the Nanjing East Road corridor. Check: walking time from each station, the monthly quotation for your headcount, and the term.

The Executive Centre, Taipei Far Eastern Plaza
Level 16 of Far Eastern Plaza, No. 207, Section 2, Dunhua South Road, Da’an. The operator states 5,979 sq ft net, two meeting rooms, standing desks and an 8-minute walk to Liuzhangli station. Our listing shows from TWD 25,920 per person per month. Suits a team that wants The Executive Centre’s product outside Xinyi. Check: how the walk compares with your team’s commute, and the private-office quotation for your headcount.

Complete procurement, registration and IT checks
Ask each shortlisted operator to confirm in writing:
- the monthly price for your headcount, what it includes, and what is billed separately;
- the minimum term, notice period and early-exit conditions;
- whether the operator provides the premises documents your registrar needs, and in what form;
- IT provision: network, server or data room, security, and out-of-hours access;
- meeting-room capacity and booking terms;
- the date you can occupy and the date the agreement starts.
Plan the sequence
Ask your registration adviser for current timelines before you commit to a start date. A sensible order is: agree your legal structure, shortlist and view centres, ask your adviser what premises documents the registrar needs, request written quotations, then sign the agreement and plan the IT and move-in.
Common questions from enterprise teams
Which district should a technology team choose?
Choose Xinyi if your clients or partners expect a business-district address; otherwise Songshan, Zhongshan or Da’an can meet the same operational needs. Each district is covered above, with operator-stated transport.
Can we use a serviced office as our registered address?
Ask your registration adviser and the operator what documents the registrar will accept before you sign. Do not assume that an operator’s address or virtual-office product will qualify.
Which legal structure should we use?
Taiwan’s official portal describes subsidiaries, branch offices and representative offices. The right choice depends on whether you will trade, invoice and employ staff in Taiwan; take advice before deciding.
Why are prices quoted per person?
Serviced offices usually price per person per month. Compare operators by asking each to quote your headcount and term.
Does Find Your Next Office charge tenants an advisory fee?
No tenant advisory fee is payable for our office-search service. We are paid by landlords or operators in most transactions. Confirm the terms for your own case when you enquire.
How Find Your Next Office supports you
We shortlist serviced offices that fit your requirements, arrange viewings and manage the process with the operator on your behalf. Tell us your headcount, preferred district, start date and any IT requirements, and we will send a first shortlist. Availability is confirmed with each operator at enquiry.

How this guide was researched
This was a desk review on 4 October 2026 of operator centre pages, Find Your Next Office listings and Taiwan government sources. Prices are listing “from” rates in TWD per person per month and may change. Where an operator page did not state a distance, size or term, we say so.
